The Dictatorship of Cirt received further condemnation from human rights group following the signing of Order 608, which replaced all prison sentences exceeding one month in duration with lethal organ harvesting. The state will maximize organ harvesting in order to generate the greatest revenue. All "serious crimes," offenses previously punished with execution, will continue to be death by boiling. The signing of Order 608 marks an all-time low for the Dictatorship of Cirt. The current regime has made no secrets about its willingness to brutalize and butcher its own people in the past. Cirt's historical human rights violations, however, pale in comparison to this; a practice which equates to wholesale slaughter of the country's inmate population.

Fideliara cannot continue to watch as innocents and those guilty of offenses as minor as shoplifting are put to the knife for government profit.

In response to these egregious human rights violations the Fidelian Senate has approved a full trade embargo with the Dictatorship of Cirt. We urge the international community to take action as well. The tyrants of Tiberiam need to learn quickly that the free peoples of the region will not allow for such blatant disregard for human life. I cannot speak for our neighbors but I can tell you without hesitation that Fideliara will not trade or cooperate with murderers.
